Santo Domingo, República Dominicana.- La Unión Panamericana de Kurash (UPK), sigue las directrices de la Agencia Mundial Antidopaje (AMA) con toda la comunidad antidopaje mundial el Día del Deporte Limpio este 17 de abril de 2026 e invita a todos a participar en la campaña digital destinada a concienciar sobre la importancia del deporte limpio.
El lema «Juega Limpio. Empieza contigo» destaca la responsabilidad individual de los atletas, entrenadores y todos los actores involucrados en la lucha contra el dopaje para proteger la integridad del deporte. Porque el deporte limpio no surge por casualidad, sino a través de las decisiones cotidianas.
Desde su lanzamiento en 2014, el Día del Deporte Limpio ha evolucionado de una pequeña iniciativa a un movimiento global que llega a millones de personas cada año.
La AMA invita a los atletas, las organizaciones antidopaje nacionales y regionales, las federaciones deportivas, los gobiernos, los organizadores de grandes eventos y todos los actores involucrados en la lucha contra el dopaje a comprometerse con «Juega Limpio. Empieza contigo».

La Unión Panamericana de Kurash ha difundido a sus Federaciones Nacionales este Dia del Deporte Limpio que para este 2026 tiene como lema «Juega Limpio. Empieza contigo», como soporte antidopaje en la práctica del kurash siguiendo la esencia ancestral de esta disciplina milenaria originaria de la Republica de Uzbekistán y que se somete a las normas de la agencia mundial antidopaje.

Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic.– The Panamerican Kurash Union (PKU), following the guidelines of the World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA) and the entire global anti-doping community, is joining the global Clean Sport Day on April 17, 2026, and invites everyone to participate in the digital campaign aimed at raising awareness about the importance of clean sport.
The slogan “Play Fair. It Starts with You” highlights the individual responsibility of athletes, coaches, and all stakeholders involved in the fight against doping to protect the integrity of sport. Because clean sport doesn’t happen by chance, but rather through everyday choices.
Since its launch in 2014, Clean Sport Day has evolved from a small initiative into a global movement reaching millions of people every year.

The Panamerican Kurash Union has shared this Fair Sport Day with its National Federations, whose motto for 2026 is «Play Fair.» «It starts with you,» as an anti-doping support in the practice of Kurash, following the ancestral essence of this ancient discipline originating in the Republic of Uzbekistan and adhering to the regulations of the World Anti-Doping Agency.
