Santo Domingo, República Dominicana.- La International Kurash Association (IKA), organismo rector de esta disciplina a nivel mundial hizo publico el Calendario de Actividades que regirá el próximo año 2019 con diferentes eventos nacionales, regionales, continentales y mundiales.
La República Dominicana tiene varias actividades que inician con un Seminario Internacional los días del 23 al 26 de mayo donde habrá examinacion de árbitros para continuar el 6 y 7 de septiembre con la celebración mundial del XXI Aniversario de la International Kurash Association (IKA) finalizando los días 30 de noviembre y 1 de diciembre con los Campeonatos Panamericanos
Es así que la Federacion Dominicana de Kurash, Fedokurash, la que esta presidida por el profesor Israel Caraballo Jimenez tendrá una importante representación en los eventos internacionales para todo el 2019 lo que es un reconocimiento al desarrollo de esta disciplina en el país.
