A pesar de que está en idioma ruso las escenas filmadas permiten interpretar la disciplina en la práctica de niños, jóvenes, Senior y adultos en ambos sexos a la vez que se interpretan las pautas de la reglamentación del arbitraje.
Kurash es un deporte para todos, inclusivo, sin peligro alguno para los practicantes a la vez que hace la integración familiar.
Esperamos que sea del disfrute y aprendizaje de todos a los fines de expandir cada vez más este ancestral deporte que data de 3500 años correspondiéndole el título de Madre de Todas las Artes Marciales.
La República de Uzbekistan es la Madre Patria del Kurash y a la vez que se extendió por toda el Asia Central ahora ya es parte del mundo deportivo de las Artes Marciales en más de 120 países y los cincos continentes.
El desarrollo mundial de la disciplina uzbeca inició el 6 de septiembre 1998 con la fundación de la International Kurash Association (IKA).

Despite the fact that it is in Russian language, the filmed scenes allow to interpret the discipline in the practice of children, youth, Senior and adults in both sexes at the same time that the guidelines of the arbitration regulation are interpreted.
Kurash is a sport for everyone, inclusive, without any danger for the practitioners, while also integrating the family.
We hope that it will be of the enjoyment and learning of all in order to expand more and more this ancient sport that dates back 3500 years corresponding to the title of Mother of All Martial Arts.
The Republic of Uzbekistan is the Motherland of the Kurash and at the same time that it spread throughout Central Asia, it is now part of the sports world of Martial Arts in more than 120 countries and the five continents.
The worldwide development of the Uzbek discipline began on September 6, 1998 with the founding of the International Kurash Association (IKA).
