Currently, the International Ethnosports Festival is taking place in the city of Khiva, Uzbekistan, with the participation of nearly 2,000 athletes from more than 60 countries.
Kurash is officially included in the program of this festival.
Today, the “Ethnosport Summit” of the International Ethnosport Confederation was held in historical and ancient Khiva.
The President of the International Ethnosports Confederation, Bilal Erdogan gave a speech at the summit and extended a sincere greeting to all attendees.
He provided detailed information about the path taken, the achieved goals and future plans.
He expressed his gratitude to the partner organizations, the government of Uzbekistan and the international sports organizations that are members of the Ethnosport Organization.
Importantly, General Secretary of International Kurash Association Mohammad Reza Nassiri and Head of IKA Administration Mansur Mirzayev were invited to this Festival and Summit and are participating in the events
