Ravi Kappor: Si todos los Líderes de las Federaciones Nacionales de Kurash serán más activos, unidos, construiremos una nueva era para el desarrollo de Kurash.
Recientemente, el presidente de la Federación Palestina de Kurash, Sr. Murad Abujabal, tomó una iniciativa y solicitó a IKA que organizara un seminario en Palestina. Por consiguiente,
Con el apoyo del Comité Olímpico Nacional Palestino, se realizó un taller de arbitraje
planeado por primera vez en Palestina.
La iniciativa fue bien recibida por IKA y KCAO y se me ha dado la responsabilidad de facilitar el taller. Fue un gran momento para mí. Para lograr esta tarea yo estuve en Palestina del 8 al 11 de febrero de 2020.
La histórica ciudad de Ramallah, compartí mi experiencia de arbitraje con más de 10 jóvenes árbitros de la Federación Palestina de Kurash.
El taller celebrado en Ramallah, la ciudad fue fundada en el siglo XVI. Es realmente una ciudad hermosa y te sientes como si estuvieras en un museo al aire libre.
La gente fue solidaria y amistosa. Kurash no es un deporte nuevo para ellos, su federación está haciendo un trabajo maravilloso. Me gustaría agregar aquí que Kurash es un juego en evolución y el gobierno es silencioso y solidario.
Todos conocemos la situación política actual de Palestina, que en cualquier caso no es muy saludable. Pero es genial que
Kurash se está desarrollando constantemente en este país. Los atletas palestinos de kurash están bien representados en los campeonatos continentales, mundiales y los juegos asiáticos.
Hay algunos atletas fuertes que son campeones o ganadores.
Ahora hay más de 10 árbitros talentosos en Palestina.
Durante mi visita, el Presidente del Comité Olímpico Nacional de Palestina, el Sr. Jibril Rajoub, y el Embajador Extraordinario y Plenipotenciario de la República de Palestina en Palestina, el Sr. Sunil Kumar, intercambiaron sus puntos de vista sobre Kurash y habían asegurado su apoyo al juego.
Kurash se juega en casi 140 países. La mayoría de los países están recibiendo apoyo de sus respectivos gobiernos.
Estoy muy seguro de que gradualmente tendremos el apoyo total del gobierno y los organismos relacionados para llevar a Kurash al siguiente nivel.
Cuando todos trabajemos juntos, lograremos positivamente nuestro objetivo.
Quiero reiterar que estoy seguro de que los esfuerzos unidos de todos nosotros conducirán al camino de la gloria de Kurash.

KURASH MAKES TECHNICAL SEMINAR IN PALESTINE
Ravi Kappor: If all National Kurash Federations Leaders will be more active unitedly, we will build new era for Kurash Development.
Recently, the president of the Palestinian Kurash Federation, Mr. Murad Abujabal took an initiative and requested IKA to organize a seminar in Palestine. Consequently,
with the support of the Palestinian National Olympic Committee, a refereeing workshop was
planned for the first time in Palestine.
The initiative was welcomed by IKA and KCAO and I have been given the responsibility to facilitate the workshop. It was a great moment for me. To accomplish this task I
was in Palestine from 8 to 11th February 2020.The historic city of Ramallah, I shared my experience of refereeing with more than 10 young referees from the Palestinian Kurash Federation.
The workshop held at Ramallah, the city was founded in the 16th century. Its really a beautiful city and you feel like you are in an open-air museum.
People were supportive and friendly. Kurash is not a new sport for them, their federation is doing wonderful job. I would like to add here that Kurash is an evolving game and the government is quiet supportive.
We all know the current political situation of Palestine which in any case is not very healthy. But its great that
Kurash is constantly developing in this country. Palestinian kurash athletes are well-represented at the Continental, World championships and the Asian Games.
There are some strong athletes who are either champions or winners.
Now there are more than 10 talented referees in Palestine.
During my visit, the President of the National Olympic Committee of Palestine Mr. Jibril Rajoub and the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of dia to Palestine, Mr. Sunil Kumar, exchanged their views on Kurash and had given assurance to support the game.
Kurash is being played in nearly 140 countries. Most of the countries are getting support from their respective governments.
I am very confident that gradually we will have the full support of the government and related bodies to take Kurash to the next level.
When we all work together, we will positively achieve our goal.
I want to reiterate that am confident that the united efforts of all of us will lead to path of glory of Kurash.
