Tashkent, Uzbekistan.- Early January, Mr.J. Casanova, sent an official email to IKA President, thanking him for his hard work, especially the IKA Secretariat and IKA Head Office for being active and responding to all needs and requests of Pan American National Federations promptly and in a professional manner, this was discussed at the PKU Directing committee meeting in Turkmenistan during the IKA World Championships, and all DC members showed their satisfaction. Also, another point discussed at the PKU DC meeting in Turkmenistan was the support that IKI- International Kurash Institute has given PKU during the past 2 years.
For reference, for the first time in the Pan American Kurash History during the World Championships, PKU obtained their first-ever Gold Medal.

El presidente de la Unión Panamericana Kurash agradece oficialmente al presidente de IKA

Tashkent, Uzbekistan.- A principios de enero, el Sr.J. Casanova, envió un correo electrónico oficial al Presidente de la IKA, agradeciéndole por su arduo trabajo, especialmente a la Secretaría de la IKA y a la Oficina Central de la IKA por estar activas y responder a todas las necesidades y solicitudes de las Federaciones Nacionales Panamericanas con prontitud y profesionalidad, esto fue discutido en la reunión del comité directivo de PKU en Turkmenistán durante el Campeonato Mundial IKA, y todos los miembros del DC mostraron su satisfacción. Además, otro punto discutido en la reunión de PKU DC en Turkmenistán fue el apoyo que IKI-Instituto Internacional Kurash ha brindado a PKU durante los últimos 2 años.
Como referencia, por primera vez en la historia del Kurash Panamericano durante el Campeonato Mundial, PKU obtuvo su primera Medalla de Oro.
