SEMINARIO DE SICOLOGIA DEPORTIVA ES CLAUSURADO EN LA SEMANA PANAMERICANA DEL KURASH
Boca Chica, Republica Dominicana.- En el marco de la Semana Panamericana del Kurash que se realizo en Santo Domingo, Republica Dominicana del 4 al 8 de julio, fue clausurado el Seminario Internacional de Psicología Deportiva el que fue impartido de manera virtual los días 9, 16, 23 y 30 de junio 2024 por la experta de nacionalidad mexicana la psicóloga deportiva Andrea Guillen Valdemar quien además es Campeona Panamericana de Kurash. De manera general los módulos desarrollados correspondieron a: 1.- Concentración y Enfoque; Efectuar Metas y Objetivos, 2.- Somatización, Lesiones Pre Competencia y Auto Sabotaje en Pesaje, 3.- Reconocimiento / Validación; Prevención de Violencia en el Deporte y 4to.- Visualización y Plan de Carrera Deportiva; Prevención de Conductas de Riesgo Post Retiro Competitivo.

Todos los participantes recibieron su correspondiente diploma de participación de manos del ingeniero Jaime Casanova Martínez en su condición de presidente de la Unión Panamericana de Kurash los que dijeron sentirse sumamente satisfechos por la instrucción recibida.

Esta actividad se enmarca dentro del Programa de Actividades del 2024 en cuanto a la capacitación de los afiliados a la Unión Panamericana de Kurash.

SPORTS PSYCHOLOGY SEMINAR IS CLOSED IN THE PANAMERICAN KURASH WEEK

Boca Chica, Dominican Republic.- Within the framework of the Panamerican Kurash Week that took place in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic from July 4 to 8, the International Sports Psychology Seminar was closed, which was taught virtually on the 9th. , June 16, 23 and 30, 2024 by the expert of Mexican nationality, the sports psychologist Andrea Guillen Valdemar who is also the Panamerican Kurash Champion.

All participants received their corresponding participation diploma from the hands of engineer Jaime Casanova Martínez in his capacity as president of the Panamerican Kurash Union, who said they felt extremely satisfied with the instruction received.
This activity is part of the 2024 Activities Program regarding the training of members of the Panamerican Kurash Union.
