XVIII Ordinary Congress of the International Kurash Association in the city of Chungju, Korea on August 31, 2019.
Chungju, Korea.- The Kensington Hotel in this Korean city was the scene where about a hundred countries gathered to develop the agenda previously established by the Executive Committee of the International Kurash Association under the presidency of Haider Farman.
The introductory words of Haider Farman and the welcome to personalities of the Organizing Committee of this second version of the “2019 Chungju World Martial Arts.
Masterships” marked the successful course of this world meeting of the kurash.
After verifying the corresponding quorum, the minutes of the previous congress held in Istanbul, Turkey in 2017 were approved to continue with the statutory modification, inclusion of new federations in the IKA payroll, technical and sports matters, reports of each one of the continental unions in charge of their respective presidents to go to the time of the elections where the current Executive Committee was re-elected in its entirety by acclamation.
Within the framework of these games the IKA has been carrying out different, varied and interesting activities ranging from Arbitration Seminar, Executive Committee Meeting, Ordinary Congress, Training Camp with athletes to participate in competitions, presence with President Haider Farman in the III World Forum of Martial Arts Leaders, among other activities.

Chungju, Korea.- El Hotel Kensington en esta ciudad coreana fue el escenario donde cerca de una centena de países se dieron cita para desarrollar la agenda previamente establecida por el Comité Ejecutivo de la International Kurash Association bajo la presidencia de Haider Farman.
Las palabras introductoras de Haider Farman y la bienvenida a personalidades del Comité Organizador de esta segunda versión de los “2019 Chungju World Martial Arts Masterships” marcaron el exitoso rumbo de esta reunión mundial del kurash.
Luego de verificarse el correspondiente quórum se pasó a la aprobación de las minutas del congreso anterior realizado en Estambul, Turquía en 2017 para seguir con la modificación estatutaria, inclusión de nuevas federaciones en la nómina de la IKA, materia técnica y deportiva, reportes de cada una de las uniones continentales a cargo de sus respectivos presidentes para pasar al momento de las elecciones donde el actual Comité Ejecutivo fue reelecto en su totalidad por aclamación.
En el marco de estos juegos la IKA ha estado realizando diferentes, variadas e interesantes actividades que van desde Seminario de Arbitraje, Reunión del Comité Ejecutivo, Congreso Ordinario, Campamento de Entrenamiento con los atletas a participar en las competiciones, presencia con el Presidente Haider Farman en el III Fórum Mundial de Líderes de la Artes Marciales, entre otras actividades.
