Las importantes contribuciones de su país a la humanidad son claramente evidentes; un ejemplo destacado es el nacimiento del Kurash, la «Madre de todas las Artes Marciales», hace más de 3.500 años, una disciplina que ahora ha alcanzado una gran expansión mundial.

Please accept the sincerest congratulations of the Executive Committee of the Panamerican Kurash Union (PKU) and its affiliated National Federations on the occasion of the 35th Anniversary of the Independence of that great nation, the Republic of Uzbekistan, which is celebrated this September 1st.
Your country’s significant contributions to humanity are clearly evident; a prime example is the birth of Kurash, the «mother of all martial arts,» more than 3,500 years ago, a discipline that has now achieved great global reach.
We extend our best wishes to the hardworking people of Uzbekistan on this 35th anniversary of their independence.
