SEMANA PANAMERICANA DE KURASH – 22 al 29 agosto 2023 – Resumen Actividades.

Larga jornada la SEMANA PANAMERICANA DEL KURASH con un amplio Programa de Actividades, veamos:

– Lunes 21 y martes 22 agosto, Arribo oficiales de la International Kurash Association (IKA), International Kurash Institute (IKI) y Uzbekistan Kurash Federation (UKF)
– Miercoles 23 agosto, Llegada delegaciones participantes.
– Jueves 24 agosto, Seminario Entrenadores.
– Viernes 25 agosto, Seminario de Arbitraje 
– Viernes 25 agosto, Entrega Certificados participantes Seminario de Entrenamiento y Arbitraje
– Viernes 25 agosto, Congresillo Técnico y Sorteo de los Campeonatos Panamericanos y del Kurash Series Pro (WSP)
– Sabado 26 de agosto, Inauguración de los Campeonatos Panamericanos, Kurash World Series Pro (WSP) y Torneo Internacional de Kurash Playa.
– Sábado 26 agosto, Campeonatos Panamericanos en Infantil, Juvenil y Senior; femenino y masculino.
– Domingo 27 agosto, Kurash World Series Pro (WSP) con premios en metálico de 1500, 750 y 500 dólares americanos en primer, segundo y tercer lugar, respectivamente.
– Domingo 27 de agosto, Sorteo del Torneo Internacional de Kurash Playa.
– Lunes 28 agosto, Reunión del Comité Ejecutivo de la Unión Panamericana de Kurash (UPK) con invitación a los Directores Técnicos de Arbitraje, Tecnología y Sistema de Grados.
– Lunes 28 agosto, Reunión del Comité Ejecutivo de la Unión Panamericana de Kurash con los países participantes en las actividades de la Semana Panamericana de Kurash.
– Lunes 28 agosto, Torneo Internacional de Kurash Playa.
– Martes 29 de agosto, Salida de las delegaciones.
– Miércoles 30 de agosto, Salida de los oficiales internacionales.
En estas actividades participaron representaciones de Chile, Brasil, Colombia, Venezuela, Panamá, Costa Rica, Guatemala, Nicaragua, México, Estados Unidos, Haití, Cuba y República Dominicana.
La examinacion de árbitros, reuniones del Comité Ejecutivo de la Unión Panamericana de Kurash y de los países representados formo parte del intenso programa de actividades en coordinación con la International Kurash Association (IKA) que preside el señor Haider Farman.
Ahora los ganadores de PRIMER y SEGUNDO lugar del World Series Pro (WSP) van en noviembre 2023 a Uzbekistán a la final del WSP y la opción de ganar 10000, 7500 y 5000 dólares americanos por el primer, segundo y tercer lugar, respectivamente.
En la Ceremonia Inaugural nos acompaño el doctor José Joaquin Puello Herrera, presidente Ad-Vitam del Comité Olímpico Dominicano (COD), figura de relieve internacional en el deporte y renombrado neurocirujano.
Por la International Kurash Association (IKA) nos visitaron los señores Ziyoviddin, Kodjiniyazov, vicepresidente de Relaciones Internacionales de la IKA y el señor Mohammed Reza Nassiri, secretario general de la IKA, así mismo, Mirzaev Manzur, gerente general de la oficina de la IKA.
También los señores Abdullaev Bobir, Musinov Orzubek, Mustafaev Shukhratjon y Karinov Sardorbek en representación del International Kurash Institute (IKI) y la Federación de Kurash de Uzbekistán.
Presentes los representantes de varios países contándose entre ellos Juan Cruz, Julián Abreu Jimenez, Oscar Morales, Luis Bogantes, Jesse Diaz, Elizabeth Thompson, Galileu Paiva, Ulrick Louis-Charles, Israel Caraballo Jimenez, Dannelly Jimenez, Larry Hernandez, Mauricio Rene Martinez y Adalberto Clavel Sorzano quienes son de México, Estados Unidos, Guatemala, Costa Rica, Venezuela, Chile, Brasil, Haití, República Dominicana, Colombia y Panamá, Nicaragua y Cuba, sucesiva y respectivamente.
Estas actividades forman parte de lo programado por la Unión Panamericana de Kurash (UPK) y la International Kurash Association (IKA) con el concurso del International Kurash Institute (IKI).
El desarrollo del programa indicado estuvo a cargo de Jaime Casanova, Elizabeth Thompson y Julian Abreu Jimenez en sus condiciones de presidente, vicepresidenta y secretario general de la Unión Panamericana de Kurash, respectivamente.
Soporte Técnico de los señores Luis Enrique Bogantes (Costa Rica), Arquimedes Ortiz (República Dominicana) y Ulrick Louis-Charles (Haití) como directores técnicos de la Unión Panamericana de Kurash (UPK) en las áreas de tecnología, arbitraje y sistema de grados.
Grandes colaboradores como Gimbel de León, Juana Morban, Fanny Bello, Israel Caraballo Puello, Fanny Mendoza, Jaime Antonio Casanova, entre otros, que hicieron posible este formidable evento panamericano de ribetes internacionales.
Colaboración permanente de la Federación Dominicana de Kurash (Fedokurash) que preside el doctor Israel Caraballo Jimenez.

– Monday 21 and Tuesday 22 August, Arrival of officials from the International Kurash Association (IKA), International Kurash Institute (IKI) and Uzbekistan Kurash Federation (UKF) –
Wednesday August 23, Arrival of participating delegations.
– Thursday August 24, Coaches Seminar.
– Friday August 25, Arbitration Seminar
– Friday August 25, Delivery Certificates participants Training and Arbitration Seminar
– Friday August 25, Technical Meeting and Draw for the Pan American Championships and the Kurash Series Pro (WSP)
– Saturday, August 26, Opening of the Pan American Championships, Kurash World Series Pro (WSP) and Kurash Beach International Tournament.
– Saturday August 26, Pan American Championships in Children, Youth and Senior; female and male.
– Sunday August 27, Kurash World Series Pro (WSP) with cash prizes of 1,500, 750 and 500 US dollars for first, second and third place, respectively.
– Sunday, August 27, Draw for the Kurash Playa International Tournament.
– Monday, August 28, Meeting of the Executive Committee of the Panamerican Union of Kurash (PKU) with invitation to the Technical Directors of Arbitration, Technology and Grading System.
– Monday, August 28, Meeting of the Executive Committee of the Panamerican Kurash Union with the countries participating in the activities of the Pan-American Kurash Week.
– Monday August 28, Kurash Beach International Tournament.
– Tuesday August 29, departure of the delegations.
– Wednesday August 30, Departure of the international officers.

Representatives from Chile, Brazil, Colombia, Venezuela, Panama, Costa Rica, Guatemala, Nicaragua, Mexico, the United States, Haiti, Cuba and the Dominican Republic participated in these activities.
The examination of referees, meetings of the Executive Committee of the Panamerican Kurash Union and of the countries represented were part of the intense program of activities in coordination with the International Kurash Association (IKA) chaired by Mr. Haider Farman.
Now the FIRST and SECOND place winners of the World Series Pro (WSP) go to Uzbekistan in November 2023 for the WSP final and the option to win US$10,000, US$7,500 and US$5,000 for first, second and third place, respectively.
At the Opening Ceremony we were accompanied by Dr. José Joaquin Puello Herrera, Ad-Vitam President of the Dominican Olympic Committee (COD), an internationally renowned figure in sports and a renowned neurosurgeon.
For the International Kurash Association (IKA) we were visited by Mr. Ziyoviddin, Mr. Kodjiniyazov, Vice President of International Relations of the IKA and Mr. Mohammed Reza Nassiri, General Secretary of the IKA, as well as Mirzaev Manzur, General Manager of the IKA office.
Also Messrs. Abdullaev Bobir, Musinov Orzubek, Mustafaev Shukhratjon and Karinov Sardorbek representing the International Kurash Institute (IKI) and the Kurash Federation of Uzbekistan.

These activities are part of what is programmed by the Panamerican Kurash Union (PKU) and the International Kurash Association (IKA) with the help of the International Kurash Institute (IKI).
